CUTE WINTER HOUSES IN OUR BISCUIT MOULD 😍We have prepared an easy recipe for delicious bicuit houses.Shop on the link bellow for the houses baking mould.SHOP HERE: https://isabellerosehome.com/shop/pastel-pink-silicone-baking-mold-houses-265x6-cm-isabelle-rose/BISCUIT HOUSES RECIPEINGREDIENTS2 3/4 cups cake flour1 cup granulated sugar2 tsp ground ginger2/3 cup brown sugar1 tsp cinnamon1/4 tsp ground cloves1/4 tsp nutmeg1tsp salt2 tsp baking powder1 cup butter, softened4 eggs1 tsp vanilla1 1/4 cups milkDIRECTIONSHeat oven to 325F. Grease and lightly flour the mould and set aside.In medius bowl, combine flour, ginger, cinnamon, cloves, nutmeg, salt and baking powder and set aside.In large bowl, combine sugar, brown sugar, and butter.  Beat about 3 minutes, until light and fluffy, scraping bowl often.  Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition.  Blend in vanilla.  Reduce mixer speed to low.  Alternate adding the flour mixture and milk into the sugar mixture.Spoon batter into silicone mould for around 2/3 of a house. Place silicone mould on a baking pan and bake for 50 minutes or bake until toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.  Cool upright in mould for 10 minutes.Remove the houses from mould onto cooling rack and cool completely. SWEET PASTRY »HEARTS«INGRIDIENTS:Dough:1 egg 50 g sugar pinch of salt 50 g melted butter 125 g warm milk 60 g warm water 380 g flour 1 1/2 tbsp dry yeastFilling:30 g soft butter 30 g sugarDIRECTIONS:
  1. Combine egg, sugar and salt with a whisk.
  2. Mix in melted butter, warm milk and water.
  3. Add in flour and yeast. Knead until a dough forms.
  4. Cover and let rise for 1-2 hours.
  5. Divide into equal pieces, approximately 80 g each.
  6. Roll out and spread a thin layer of soft butter followed by some sugar.
  7. Roll up and cut & form the buns like shown on the photos.
  8. Cover and let rise 30 minutes.
  9. Brush with egg wash.
  10. Bake at 170 C for 30 minutes.

RECIPE: ♡ Embossed Rolling Pin Biscuit ♡

Who doesn’t love freshly baked cookies right out of the oven!

Ingredients

• 200 g unsalted butter • 200 g powder sugar • 1 medium egg • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract • 0.5 teaspoon ground ginger • 0.5 teaspoon mixed spice • 0.5 teaspoon ground cinnamon • 400 g plain flour

Instructions

• Cream the butter and sugar together until light and fluffy. • Mix in the egg and vanilla. • Mix in the spices. • Sieve in the flour and combine into a dough. • Once the dough has pulled together wrap it in cling film and pop it in for 30 minutes. • Roll out the dough with the embossed rolling pin to just shy of a 1cm thickness. • Cut out the shapes you want and pop the pieces on a greaseproof paper lined baking tray. • Pop the cut out dough back into the fridge for 30 minutes. • Preheat the oven to 180 degrees/160 degrees fan oven. • Pop the biscuits in the oven for 8-10 minutes until the dough is firm to the touch and just starting to go light brown. • You don’t want them going golden brown or they will dry too hard. You can see how pale the finished biscuits are above. • Leave to cool on a cooling rack and once cold store in an air tight container.
